We now have official Swan Lake merchandise to show your neighborhood pride while out on the beach, fishing, or even doing yoga by the lake. Check out our Beach, Yoga Swans, and Gone Fishin' lines of clothing and gear. There are even items for your dog! All items designed by Swan Lake neighbors. Monthly Fundraisers for 2025

April - Spring Flower Bulbs

This is an online fundraiser and items are delivered directly to you. They deliver coast to coast so make sure to share it with family, friends, and associates across the country. The plants are very affordable with prices as low as $6.95! Orders must be placed prior to May 1!

May - Car Wash

Get all that nasty pollen off your vehicle and support our neighborhood in the process! Volunteer to do some washing, get your car cleaned, or help advertise the event. May 31rd 10am-2pm at North Henry Baptist Church

July - Cash Prize

If you plan to attend our 4th of July Beach Party, make sure to purchase a chance (or 5) at the big prize!

September - Bingo Night

September 6th at the Clubhouse, come play some bingo for BIG PRIZES! Concessions will be available. All supplies provided, daubers not needed.

September - Rummage Sale

Donations will be accepted at the Clubhouse September 7-11, 3-7pm. The sale will take place Friday-Sunday 8am-2pm.

October - Low Country Boil

Pre-order a plate of shrimp, andouille sausage, corn, and potatoes boiled in Low Country spices. Then pick up your goods or join us for a feast on the beach October 25 between 5-8pm.

November - Pie Bake-Off

Test your holiday pie recipes against other amazing bakers from our community. Register and drop off your entry at noon on November 15th. From 1-4pm, the community is welcome to taste test and vote for their favorite. Prizes for the winners and pie for everyone!
