Clubhouse Rental Information Edit page

The Clubhouse at Swan Lake is located at 558 Lakeshore Drive, Stockbridge, GA 30281. Rentals are available to non-members for $400 per day plus a $200 refundable deposit. Members get half off at $200 per day plus $100 refundable deposit.

We are also now allowing hourly rentals during the week, Monday - Thursday ONLY. Deposits will remain the same as above with a fee of $40/hour for non-members and $20/hour for members.

The Clubhouse rental includes use of the lawn, lake front, parking lot, main hall, 2 restrooms with baby changing area, full kitchen, 10 round 5ft tables, 4 rectangular 8ft tables, 100 metal folding chairs, and various kitchen and cleaning items.

Please check the "Calendar for date availability and read the Rental Agreement and Rules and Regulations. Then you can submit your Rental Form and deposit to save your date.
